“I recommend Retelling without reservation.”

“It is like having a part of daddy back in my life.”

“… it is very well written!”

Our 6-year-old granddaughter … likes to fall asleep to the recordings. She listens to them in the dark as she’s going to sleep. When we’re together, she randomly mentions specific stories about [her grandfather’s] life that she’s obviously retained. It’s fascinating how much she knows about him. Maybe it’s the comfort of listening to a grandfather’s familiar voice, but there seems to be real interest as well. Never would have thunk it, but it’s her current favorite bedtime audio book.

The books turned out better than my wildest imagination. Thank you for everything!

The entire Retelling team was enormously helpful in excavating the key themes of my story and expressing the wisdom that is embedded in any experience of hardship and suffering. And an additional bonus ... Beth and the team were a delight to work with in every single phase of the creative and publishing process. I recommend Retelling without reservation.

[Dad] greatly valued the work you did with him on his memoir, and that process really kept him going during that period of his life. We will treasure the book.

... Everyone we have given the book to has loved it. The grandkids were silent for over an hour on Christmas day; every once and a while, we would hear them giggle and say, ‘I remember when Poppi used to tell us this!’ Thanks so much for making our memories come alive.

I still love reading and looking at the book you helped make a reality. It is like having a part of daddy back in my life.

What a tremendous job you did! I absolutely love the … book — it is truly a gem for today as well as the future. I thought you sequenced it in a great way, incorporated stories and interviews into the broader story very skillfully, pulled out some great stories through your interviews, it is very well written!
